Return & Refund Policy

At Passion4Wholeness, your well-being and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality and intention of our products and services. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right with care, clarity, and compassion.

 

Physical Products

We accept returns of unopened and unused physical products within 5 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email passion4wholeness@gmail.com and jayden@ljcorp.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
