Shipping Policy

At Passion4Wholeness, we’re committed to delivering your wellness essentials with care, clarity, and consistency. Whether you’re starting a new self-care ritual or restocking your favourites, we want your experience to be smooth from cart to doorstep.

 

1.     Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or promotional launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

 

2.     Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic: 1-4 business days depending on the area.

We offer standard shipping options where available.

 

3.     Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as The Courier Guy.

 

4.     Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at jayden@ljcorp.co.za.

 

5.     Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • First, double-check your delivery location and with household members or neighbours.
  • Wait 1-2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
  • Still missing? Contact us, we’ll do our best to help investigate or resolve the issue.

Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

 

6.     Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional reshipping fees.

 

7.     Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
